Nexodus started with a simple idea:

What would happen if seven Detroit creators came together and built something bigger than themselves?

That idea became the blueprint for everything Nexodus is today.

But a blueprint is only the beginning.

Now, Nexodus is entering a new chapter—and we're looking for seven Founding Figures ready to help shape what comes next.

These aren't just membership spots.

These are foundational roles inside a growing creative collective and movement.

We're looking for creators, builders, entertainers, organizers, and visionaries who are ready to contribute their talent, personality, ideas, and work toward building something real.

SEVEN PEOPLE. SEVEN ROLES. ONE COLLECTIVE.

Each Founding Figure will hold a distinct role within Nexodus.

Together, the seven will represent different parts of the creative ecosystem—from content and entertainment to community, events, gaming, culture, and growth.

The goal isn't to find seven people who are exactly alike.

The goal is to find seven different people whose strengths become more powerful together.

You don't need to already be famous.

You don't need thousands or millions of followers.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

What matters is that you're creative, committed, collaborative, and serious about building.

The personality behind the live content.

We're looking for someone who loves gaming, live streaming, talking to an audience, entertaining people, and creating moments in real time.

Whether your thing is gaming, reaction content, conversations, challenges, or something completely different, you know how to keep people watching.

02 — THE ENTERTAINER 🎤

The person who brings energy.

Comedy. Music. Performance. Skits. Challenges. Personality-driven content.

This role is for someone who knows how to entertain an audience and isn't afraid to be seen.

03 — THE CREATIVE 🎨

The visionary.

You might be into fashion, photography, filmmaking, art, design, storytelling, or another form of creative expression.

You see things differently—and you know how to turn an idea into something people can experience.

04 — THE CULTURE FIGURE 🔥

The person with their finger on the pulse.

You understand what's happening online, what's happening in Detroit, what people are talking about, and what your generation actually cares about.

Your personality, perspective, and ability to start conversations are part of what you bring to the collective.

05 — THE COMMUNITY BUILDER 🤝🏾

The connector.

You enjoy bringing people together, building relationships, welcoming new people, and helping create an actual sense of community.

This role may contribute to collaborations, community initiatives, Discord, and experiences that connect the Nexodus audience beyond the screen.

06 — THE EXPERIENCE BUILDER 🎟️

The person who helps bring Nexodus to life offline.

Events. Experiences. Creative ideas. Activations.

This role is for someone interested in helping turn Nexodus from an online collective into something people can actually experience in real life.

07 — THE WILDCARD ⭐

The role we can't predict.

Maybe you're a chef.

Maybe you're an athlete.

Maybe you make people laugh.

Maybe you have a skill, talent, or perspective that doesn't fit neatly into one category.

The Wildcard exists because the next big thing doesn't always fit inside a box.

Being a Founding Figure means being an active part of building Nexodus.

Members may collaborate on:

• Live streams and gaming content

• YouTube and social media content

• Group challenges and entertainment

• Creative projects

• Events and real-life experiences

• Community building

• Collaborations with Detroit creators

• New Nexodus initiatives

• Brand opportunities as Nexodus grows

Every Founding Figure will also bring their own personality, audience, interests, and ideas to the collective.

You are not joining Nexodus to become a copy of somebody else.

We're looking for people who can bring something that Nexodus doesn't already have.

WHAT WE'RE BUILDING

Nexodus isn't just trying to become another content house.

We're building a platform.

A collective.

A creative ecosystem.

A place where Detroit creators can collaborate instead of competing, experiment with new ideas, grow their audiences, and build opportunities together.

The long-term vision extends beyond streaming.

We want to create content.

We want to throw experiences.

We want to spotlight creators.

We want to create opportunities.

And eventually, we want Nexodus to become something that can support the people helping build it.

THESE ROLES ARE CURRENTLY VOLUNTEER POSITIONS.

For now, Founding Figures will be joining the collective as unpaid founding members.

However, the long-term goal is to create paid opportunities and compensated roles as Nexodus grows, generates revenue, secures partnerships, and expands its programming.

We believe that the people helping build something should eventually be able to benefit from what they're helping create.

Right now, we're looking for people willing to help build the foundation.

THIS IS NOT A PASSIVE GROUP.

We're looking for people who actually want to participate.

People who communicate.

People who follow through.

People who respect the collective and the people inside it.

People who can bring ideas to the table.

People who understand that building something from the ground up requires consistency.

Nexodus operates as a collective, which means every Founding Figure is expected to contribute, collaborate, and uphold the standards of the community.

Before joining, selected applicants will be expected to understand and agree to Nexodus's Code of Conduct and membership expectations.

Talent matters. But reliability matters too.
