Hey y'all, my name is Amya, also known as msmyaa. I'm an up-and-coming R&B and pop singer-songwriter born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. Music has been my passion since I was a little girl; I started singing and memorizing songs at just three years old. As I grew older, I knew I wanted to perform and create music of my own, but my shyness held me back until I joined my high school choir at 16. After my first solo performance, I realized this was truly what I was meant to do.

If I had to describe my style in a color, it would be fuchsia-beautiful, sentimental, feminine, upbeat at times, and smooth all around. I love experimenting with riffs, telling stories, and having fun with my sound while creating something unique that sets me apart. Through my performances, I want people to feel moved, connected, and healed no matter the genre, and I'm so excited to share these vibes with the world. -mzsmyaa
